We will have a meeting once every quarter. Every girls should bring $15 that they have earned themselves. At each meeting, non-profit organizations will be nominated by you as the members. Three of them are drawn out of a basket and the nominating member then gives a brief 5 minute explanation of why that organization should be voted on. Questions can be asked by other members to the nominee. We then individually vote on what organization we think is most deserving of the money. The votes will be counted and the money collected. The money will be taken directly to the organization. If you would like to nominate an organization, you must turn in a completed nomination form before the upcoming meeting.
